Warm congratulations to Zhengzhou Hengliang Tech Co., Ltd. for obtaining Type Approval for Measuring Instruments in the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From July 29 to August 1, 2024, a joint inspection expert team from the Kazakhstan Institute of Standardization and Metrology (KazStandard) visited our company and conducted a three-day joint inspection of our dynamic truck scales using freight vehicles at two quartz-type dynamic weigh-in-motion stations.

The joint inspection team conducted a comprehensive and rigorous review of our product's production inspection process and performance in accordance with KazStandard specifications, focusing on the on-site accuracy testing of our dynamic truck scales and the comprehensive overweight control platform (Russian version). All control points of our products met all requirements of the type approval specifications.

Following the expert team's review, the dynamic truck scale type approval certificate was jointly issued with the Ministry of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Zhengzhou Hengliang Technology Co., Ltd. became the first Chinese company to pass this type approval.

The successful completion of Kazakhstan type approval demonstrates that our company complies with Kazakhstan's regulatory requirements throughout all stages of equipment production, manufacturing, and testing, and that our product performance has been recognized by authoritative organizations. This Kazakhstan type approval, combined with our existing China and Tajikistan type approvals, provides our company with international market certification for dynamic truck scales. This is of strategic significance for further expanding our overseas market and enhancing our international competitiveness.

Until now, our products have been exported to numerous Belt and Road countries across Asia, Africa, and Latin America, contributing to the high-quality development of the Belt and Road Initiative and promoting the benefits of its innovations to people around the world.
