System Parameter
Automatically separate vehicles and accurately separate special vehicles such as trailers, ensuring a one-to-one correspondence between weighing test data and vehicles

System Feature
The highway entrance overload control system primarily consists of quartz sensors, WIM controller, charge amplifier, infrared vehicle separator and other related devices.
The quartz sensors perform tasks such as vehicle weight measurement, speed detection, and axle type determination. The infrared vehicle separator separates vehicles and provides start and end signals. The charge amplifier collects charge signals and converts them into the weight required by the instrument. The WIM controller processes signals from various sensors, calculates data, and connects to the lane computer via a serial communication interface, uploading the processed lane weight information (including gross weight and axle weight) to the lane computer.
1. Weighs vehicles passing at low speeds.
2. Detects vehicle speed as it passes through a lane and can detect the vehicle's forward/reverse status.
3. Automatically separates vehicles, accurately separating special vehicles such as trailers, ensuring a one-to-one correspondence between weighing data and the vehicles.
4. Generates complete vehicle weighing information, including axle type, axle weight, wheelbase, and vehicle gross weight.
5. Records vehicle passing time.
6. Accurately and completely transmits weighing information to the lane computer (IPC) via a data interface.
7. Features power-on self-test, timed self-test during idle time, zero-point calibration, and automatic temperature compensation.8. The digital instrument display panel can be used for debugging and testing, and the axle type, axle load and vehicle speed of each axle can be displayed on the panel.
