System Parameter
It can be used independently or integrated with other systems, such as weighing systems and automatic license plate recognition systems, to create a complete automatic vehicle detection system.

System Feature
The piezoelectric axle identification sensor consists of several sub-sensors, the spacing between each sub-sensor is the same. When force is applied to a sub-sensor, it outputs a specific signal.
The piezoelectric axle identification controller accurately collects the output signals from the sensors, after specialized processing, outputs tire type information (single/dual). Combined with the vehicle separator, it can also output vehicle type information.

This system accurately detects the number of axles, wheels, and axle type of passing vehicles, thus accurately identifying vehicle type. It can be used independently or integrated with other systems such as weighing systems and automatic license plate recognition systems to form a complete automatic vehicle detection system.
1. Employs digital signal processing technology, resulting in a very low probability of false detection.
2. Utilizes multiple anti-interference measures, ensuring high system stability.
3. Axle number recognition: Identifies the number of axles and automatically stops and separates vehicles.
4. Tire model recognition: Identifies single and dual tires and outputs vehicle signals.

This solution adopts high-performance piezoelectric sensors, which are embedded into the road surface with seamless fitting and no protrusions, causing no impact on vehicle traffic. Featuring fast response speed, the sensors can accurately collect core parameters such as vehicle axle quantity and axle type, with an axle recognition accuracy of no less than 99.5%. It supports a speed measurement range from 0.3 km/h to 120 km/h and is compatible with all vehicle types including trucks, buses and private cars. It can effectively identify complex axle configurations such as single axle-single tire, single axle-dual tires and multi-axle combinations.
Core Advantages
The piezoelectric sensors are wear-resistant and impact-resistant with an IP68 protection rating, operating stably across a wide temperature range of -40℃ to +85℃ and boasting a service life of over 10 years. Equipped with strong anti-interference performance, they eliminate disturbances from road vibration and ambient noise, ideal for expressways, national highways, toll stations and overload control stations.
Supported by multiple output interfaces and protocols including RS232, RS485, CAN and LAN, the system is easy to install with a short construction period. It can be deployed independently or integrated with weighing and monitoring systems to upload real-time data to the backend platform. It enables vehicle classification statistics and data traceability, greatly improving the efficiency of traffic management and law enforcement.
