The difference between digital and analog truck scales

release time:2022-06-10 09:26:00    view count:114

The fundamental difference lies in the fact that the weight sensing element (sensor) of a digital truck scale collects and transmits a digital signal. As we all know, digital signals are immune to transmission distance, temperature, humidity, or electromagnetic interference, ensuring consistency between the displayed weight and the original recorded data.

Digital truck scales' eccentric load adjustment is completely performed by a microcomputer, eliminating errors caused by manual adjustments. The adjustment data stored in the microcomputer is also immune to vibration, temperature fluctuations, and other factors, ensuring the accuracy and long-term stability of the weighing data.

If a remote control is added to the digital truck scale's signal transmission line, the instrument display will sense this and issue a command to stop the sensor.
