Hengliang Tech has released the new SE‑series weighing sensor, which supports direct installation on asphalt pavement with weighing accuracy up to 5%. It addresses the pain points of complicated construction and long road‑closure periods of conventional quartz sensors, delivering an efficient solution for existing road reconstruction and overload‑enforcement projects.

Quartz sensors are mainstream devices in dynamic weighing thanks to fast response. They are widely deployed for highway pre‑selection, direct overload enforcement, port and industrial‑mining weighing. However, traditional quartz sensors require extensive road excavation and concrete foundation pouring, resulting in complicated procedures and lengthy traffic closure for road renovation.

The SE‑series sensor can be directly mounted on asphalt without concrete foundations. It features easy installation and enables quick traffic resumption to cut construction costs. Compatible with vehicle speeds of 0.5‑200 km/h, it collects axle weight and axle‑count data and works with axle‑identification controllers and infrared vehicle separators to build complete dynamic weighing systems.

It is suitable for highway entrance pre‑inspection, national‑provincial highway direct overload enforcement, ports, mines and logistics parks, especially for road upgrade and maintenance projects, supporting smart over‑load management for road infrastructure.
